Arnaud Bailey is the ringmaster of the Circus of Fun. He is a taskmaster also, not inclined to give the 'artistes' anything he doesn't have to, and a businessman first and foremost, with no apparent sentiment about the audience or the performers. His professional name is presumably to make it "Bailey's Circus", invoking "Barnum & Bailey's Circus". He appeared in "Circus, Circus".
