The Brave-Faced Wife was a client of Calista and Emerson Cod when Emerson was a boy. She received information from the mother-son duo of her husband's affair in the flashback section of "Frescorts". The chosen description of the character seems - somewhat questionable, given her lachrymose state. She obviously never made it as far as a name.
