The Broadview Luxury Apartment Complex is a residential apartment building not far from The Pie Hole. A crop-duster airplane crashed into one of the apartments during convict Lefty Lem's escape from prison, killing pilot Bradan Caden and apartment resident Conrad Fitch. The aftermath was visible, and the event itself audible, from just outside the shop.
