Colton Haynes plays Ares Kostopolous in "Frescorts". The character is seen only in flashback. He went on to portray Roy Harper on Arrow.
His other credits include the film version of Transformers, CSI: Miami, and two episodes of The Hills. In 2016, he came out to a highly supportive showing from the Arrow fanbase.
