Ingmar Todd was a student at the Longborough School for Boys during the time that Ned went there. Like Ned, Ingmar was often alone at the school, though for him it was because his family was in another country. During long winter holidays, he would set up a small casino in the school with his roulette wheel for himself and other remaining students. He was also lured to the kitchen one night, when a sleepless Ned was baking pies for comfort. As the kitchen became a mini restaurant that night, Ingmar not only enjoyed the pies, but took part in manning the front door as other boys lined up to get in.
Ingmar has appeared in "Dim Sum, Lose Some" and "Comfort Food".
