Jackie Johnny was the head clown of the Circus of Fun.
He appears in "Circus, Circus". He seems to have had the common cruel sense of humor of clowns, humiliating an audience member, and then leaving the newbie to clean up the literal mess. Neither of these was, however, the cause of his murder, which stemmed rather from his efforts to unionize the jesters.
