Tam Phong was one of the phone operators at the Bellmen, a charitable organization. The Pie Holers are suspicious of him when they first visit the charity, and later, Olive Snook, in disguise, steals his phone list to see if he was behind a recent string of robberies. Tam's lists were in fact used to pick the robberies, but by his boss, Rob Wright.
Tam appears only in "Robbing Hood".
